About this event
Do you wonder where all these apartment bulidings being built came from? Why isn't anyone building single-family houses now? Are you worried that there's not enough affordable housing being created in the city?
Mo Rushdy can speak on all these questions and more. As head of the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia, the Riverwards Group founder represents and advocates for the interests of the builders and developers — most of them small — who produce the overwhelming bulk of the housing units in this city. He also shares the concerns many have about keeping housing in Philadelphia within reach of the average Philadelphia household.
